Re-Engagement Emails
A type of email campaign sent to inactive contacts to determine if they still want to be kept on the list. By only keeping active contacts, email lists can remain healthy with higher open rates compared with inactive contacts.
If a contact hasn't opened an email within the last 6 months, then a re-engagement campaign should be sent. Users who do not engage with the email can then be removed from the list to make way for new and engaged subscribers.
Example
Within the EcoSend dashboard, users can automatically filter contacts at risk of churn or those considered disengaged. A re-engagement can be triggered to determine if these users are still interested in hearing from you, plus if the email account is still in use.
